After a long period of deliberation, I've decided that the message is "Please walk slow after taking your small dog with you to the UPS store to retrieve your square packages, and on the way back please be careful not to step on the miniature deer while crossing the road". Why is the small deer in such great detail while the humans cannot have normal feet and hands? I laugh every time I look at this sign!!!!!!
